Rules of use

Porta26 advises you to observe the following rules:

. The maximum accommodation capacity is 4 people;

. The number of guests can't be higher than the reservation;

. People with children take note that the room with 2 single beds has the constant location on the plan of the accommodation available at https://www.porta26.com

. Smoking is only allowed on the porch;

. Pets are not allowed;

. No parties or events allowed;

. The owners must previously authorize the entrance of visitors;

. It is not allowed to make noise in the period between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;

. When leaving home make sure the windows are closed, turn off the lights, the TV and other electrical and electronic equipment;
. The windows should only be open with the termite protection screens;

. The garbage should be placed in the containers available in Jardim do Colégio, 100m from the house;

. Keep the suite as it was found on arrival;

. All equipment is working. In case of failure, please let us know;

. Be aware that the iron waters from the Poça da Beija, Terra Nostra Swimming pools and Caldeira Velha stain the sheets and towels;

. Not moving the furniture around;

. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup/ dirt / dust;

. Hirers will be responsible for any loss or damages caused to the premises, equipment, furniture and textiles;

Check-in -from  3 pm

Check-out - until 11 am

The hours can be adjusted to the needs of our guests depending on the reservation schedule.
